Over a four year period, Century Equities acquired 36 retail locations in 10 states through sale/leaseback transactions from Tire America, at the time an emerging, financially strong regional company. Tire America was subsequently purchased by Western Auto Supply Company, which changed the franchise name to National Tire and Battery (NTB). Western Auto subsequently became a member of the Sears, Roebuck & Company family, and the quality of our initial tenant improved from that of an emerging enterprise to that of a Fortune 100 corporation.

During the entire life of the investment, our partners have received scheduled, continuous distributions.
