Danny C. Aderholt, George S. Weaver Jr. and Stuart F. Bloch formed Century Equities, Inc. in 1984 primarily for the purpose of structuring safe and solid real estate investment opportunities. Weaver and Bloch are principals in a 120+ year old full service brokerage firm.

Century Equities, Inc. was originally formed to provide this old-line firm with private placement products to meet the needs of its conservative clientele.

Even during the tax shelter “heyday” of the early 1980’s, Century Equities created economically oriented partnerships with straightforward structuring, and significant cash returns. Century Equities avoids the “blue smoke and mirrors” approach so common in many partnerships, and its fee structures are fair and fully disclosed.

Over time, Mr. Aderholt acquired 100% ownership of Century Equities, Inc. and broadened its range of capabilities by offering its regional clientele investment banking services in the areas of acquisition, financing and capital formation, while continuing to structure sound real estate investments for our partners and clients.

Century Equities, Inc. has grown modestly but steadily, exercising great caution in acquiring properties. Century Equities has acquired, either as a general partner, principal, or advisor over $300,000,000 worth of real estate since 1984.
