Who We Are
For over twenty years, Century Equities, Inc. has been structuring customized real estate investments for private individuals and companies. Many of these transactions involve properties leased to a single tenant for an extended period. These investments are designed to provide long-term, low risk, economic returns while taking advantage of any available tax incentives. Transactions involve various property types, from historic structures, which generate substantial short-term benefits through rehabilitation tax credits to new development projects, which may have higher risks and higher potential returns.
In addition to being an active investor in real estate, Century Equities has acted in a developer role for a variety of projects including:

investment company, Century Equities has broadened its
