Arbordale
In 1995, Century Equities, Inc. purchased a 33-acre urban industrial site for residential development. As the site had been occupied, almost in its entirety, by an industrial user, hazardous material abatement was a priority during the initial clearing of the site. Century Equities, Inc. managed this process as well as all permitting, zoning, design and construction of all residential infrastructure. The site was divided into 50 lots for sale, ranging from .36 - 2.1 acres each. Property owners are responsible for the construction of homes, which are subject to an Architectural Review Board and Restrictive Covenants to ensure the overall integrity of the neighborhood.

Azalea Court
Azalea Court is an upscale community of 17 homes of approximately
2,000 sq. ft. each, marketed toward empty nester
couples. The community is located adjacent to and was
developed with Arbordale, and units are designed to be
consistent with its Restrictive Covenants.
