Hotel Ð Hampton Inn
An affiliate of Century Equities, Inc. acquired the site of a
former Sheraton Inn just off Interstate 70 in St. Clairsville,
OH. After leasing the site to an experienced hotel management
group, the hotel underwent an extensive award-winning
renovation and was converted into a Hampton Inn. The two-story
hotel is consistently rated among the top Hampton Inns
nationally, and was recognized as the #1 Hampton in America
in 1994. The hotel features 116 guestrooms and a multi-level,
oversized lobby with a fireplace overlooking the beautiful
rolling hills of eastern Ohio.
The third floor of the hotel features Undo's Famiglia Ristorante Lounge and full-service banquet facility, capable of servicing 350 people. Undo's homemade Italian and American specialties have been unparalleled throughout the Ohio Valley for over 40 years.
In addition to the seven-acre hotel site, approximately 30 adjacent acres are available for future development.
