Century EquitiesÕ offices were located in the Hare Building, a 100-year-old, three-story structure in downtown Wheeling, WV, about 50 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh. This award winning historic rehabilitation project, qualified for attractive tax credits and serves to preserve the wonderful character of the structure while providing modern, efficient office space. Century Equities funded and managed the rehabilitation process.
