Light Manufacturing Ð York Photo
Century Equities, Inc. acquired for limited partnership a 49,000 sq. ft. building in Parkersburg, WV. Four years later, Century Equities constructed an additional facility at the same site, offering 37,000 sq. ft. of space on two levels. The site includes parking for 406 vehicles, multiple loading docks and is suitable for light manufacturing and warehousing with associated office space.
Both facilities were occupied at the time by the mail-order photo finishing branch of Nashua Corp., a large imaging product and service corporation. Nashua later sold this division of its business to District Photo, the world's largest mail-order photo finisher, who operated York Photo, the current tenant of both buildings.
