The cornerstone of our operation is the acquisition of commercial properties subject to a long term lease with a financially healthy tenant. Often times, modest rent increases, tied to the Consumer Price Index, are built into the leases. Leases are generally triple net with the tenant responsible for all maintenance, property taxes and insurance.
