Discovery Comm was a regional telecommunications company,
headquartered in Huntsville, AL, that needed venture capital
dollars to continue production. Comfortable with its management
and existing customer base, Century Equities provided
a portion of the angel investor funding for the company.
Six months after funding, Discovery Comm was acquired
by Nokia, providing an excellent return to Century Equities
and its partner/investors.
